I would like to share my weight loss results briefly here.

I had a large tummy, low in stamina, and people always called me uncle despite being a university/college student. Besides that, I was also, at that time, diagnosed to have border line blood sugar level (high), high uric acid, high cholesterol (LDL) and an excess amount of white blood cells (Eosinophils).

Simply changing my breakfast and dinner, I regained my energy in 7 days, and lost 8 kilograms within 2 months! 10 months later when I did my blood test, my LDL levels reduced, blood sugar and uric acid returned to normal!
